Under both TCPA and A2P regulations, SMS messages can only be sent to individuals who have opted in through a clear, verifiable process, typically through a digital form (such as a form we can implement on your website). This opt-in must be clearly documented and should outline what type of messages the individual will receive, such as promotions or updates.
Verbal consent or merely having a phone number on file is not sufficient legal consent. If you wish to send SMS messages to your clients, we will require proof of their explicit consent via an opt-in form. Without this documented consent, we cannot and will not send SMS marketing messages to those individuals.
Failure to comply with these regulations can result in significant legal penalties, including fines. Our system ensures compliance with these regulations to protect your business from potential legal risks.

To register your business for A2P messaging, you’ll need to meet the following requirements to ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain transparency with your customers:

- Website: You must provide a fully functional URL that begins with HTTP:// or HTTPS://. Your website should clearly represent your registered business and be accessible to the public.
- Social Media Page (if no website): If your business doesn’t have an active website, a public social media page can be used as an alternative. This page must represent your business and demonstrate active followers and engagement.
2. Business Information (for registered businesses)
You will need to submit key details about your business, including:
- Official business name
- Registration number
- Any other identifying information to verify your business status
This ensures the legitimacy of your messaging communications.
3. Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
Your website or social media page must include both a Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions:
- Privacy Policy: Outlines how personal information is collected, used, and stored. This is essential for compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA and helps build trust with your customers.
- Terms and Conditions: Sets the rules for using your site and services, covering areas like acceptable use, intellectual property, and liability limitations.

Our messaging rates are extremely affordable and lower than most industry standards. Emails are charged at $0.675 per 1,000 emails, email validations at $2.50 per 1,000 validations, SMS messages at $0.0079 per segment, and MMS messages at $0.0200 per segment. These competitive rates ensure you get exceptional value, paying only for what you use with clear and straightforward pricing.
What is A2P, and why is it important?
A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging is a regulation required for sending automated messages like SMS, chatbot communications, and automated reviews. We’ll help you get compliant by submitting your campaign use case and brand verification. The approval process typically takes 1-3 days but can sometimes take up to 2 weeks. How do you send emails to my email list?
During onboarding, you'll have the option to upload your existing email list via a CSV file, which we'll import into our CRM software. You'll also gain access to the CRM, allowing you to also upload your CSV file and add new contacts at any time. All contacts, including those who sign up through your website or are manually added, will be organized in one place. From there, we'll create and send email marketing messages to your list based on your campaign preferences, all through our software.
Is there any other setup involved?
Yes, to maximize deliverability and help ensure your marketing messages reach inboxes and not spam folders, we'll create a dedicated sending domain for your business. This involves adding a few records to your DNS settings. We can handle this setup for you, or we can provide simple instructions if you prefer to do it yourself.
What is warming up an inbox?
Warming up an inbox refers to the process of gradually increasing the volume of emails sent from a new email domain to establish a positive sender reputation with email providers. When you start sending emails from a new domain, there can be higher spam rates initially because email providers are still getting to know your domain. This is a normal part of the process. Over the course of a few weeks, as email providers see consistent and legitimate email activity, your sender reputation improves, and your emails are more likely to land in inboxes rather than spam folders.
