Thank you for choosing our digital marketing agency for your SEO, Email Marketing, and AI Conversation services (ChatFlo AI). We strive to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction. To maintain transparency and protect both parties, we’ve outlined our refund policy below.
1. SEO Services
Pre-Implementation Refund: Clients may request a full refund before signing the SEO implementation agreement. Once the agreement is signed and work has commenced, refunds will no longer be issued.
Subscription Renewals:
Clients may request a refund after the subscription renews, provided the request is made within 7 days of the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for requests made after this 7-day period.
2. Email Marketing Services
Initial Campaign Purchase: Refunds are available up until the scheduled start date of the initial email marketing campaign. After the campaign has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Subscription Renewals:
Clients must cancel their subscription before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be provided once the subscription has renewed.
3. ChatFlo AI Services (AI Conversation Services)
Pre-Code Delivery Refund: Clients may request a full refund before the ChatFlo AI code is delivered. Once the code has been sent to the client, no refunds will be issued.

Clients may request a refund after the subscription renews, provided the request is made within 7 days of the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for requests made after this 7-day period.
4. Case-by-Case Exceptions
While we aim to adhere to this policy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Any requests outside of the conditions outlined above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of our management team.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, clients must contact us via email at [email protected] with their order details and the reason for the refund. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
6. Changes to This Policy
