Refund Policy

Effective Date: 05/8/2026

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases and services provided by Reisinger Strategies Group (“RSG,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using any RSG service, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

RSG provides digital marketing, consulting, AI automation, software-enabled, and managed subscription services.

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, software access, custom work, and hosted platforms, refunds are limited and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed.

All refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of RSG.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on factors including but not limited to:

  • The specific service purchased
  • Whether work has begun
  • Project progress and completed milestones
  • Platform access or account setup status
  • Time and resources invested
  • Third-party software or licensing costs incurred

Refunds may be denied if substantial work has already been completed, delivered, configured, accessed, or deployed.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to:

The request should include:

  • Client name
  • Business name (if applicable)
  • Date of purchase
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for the request

RSG may request additional information before making a determination.

4. Refund Method

If approved, refunds may be issued through one of the following methods at RSG’s sole discretion:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Account credit toward future services
  • Partial service credit

RSG does not issue refunds through cash, check, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment services outside the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through RSG’s payment processor.

Actual processing times depend on the client’s financial institution and payment provider and are outside of RSG’s control.

Most approved refunds appear within approximately 5–10 business days.

6. Service-Specific Refund Terms

6.1 SEO Services

  • Refunds may be available before execution of a signed scope of work or campaign launch.
  • Once SEO work has commenced, services become non-refundable.

Completed work may include but is not limited to:

  • SEO audits
  • Keyword research
  • Technical implementation
  • Content optimization
  • Link strategy development
  • Campaign setup

6.2 Content Creation Services

  • Refunds may be available prior to production.
  • Once writing, design, filming, editing, or production work begins, services become non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Graphic design
  • Video production
  • Video editing
  • Copywriting
  • Branding assets
  • Advertising creative
  • Website content

6.3 Email Marketing Services

  • Refunds may be available prior to campaign setup or deployment.
  • Partial refunds may be considered during onboarding or setup phases.
  • Services become non-refundable after campaigns are configured, scheduled, or launched.

6.4 AI Call Assistant, Sales AI Assistant & Brand Monitoring Services

These services involve software licensing, onboarding, configuration, automation setup, and third-party integrations.

  • Non-refundable after account provisioning, onboarding, setup, or platform access is granted.
  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, integration fees, software licensing costs, and configuration fees are generally non-refundable.

6.5 Social Media Management

Partial refunds may be considered based on:

  • Content already created
  • Scheduled posts
  • Advertising setup
  • Strategy work completed
  • Management time invested

Completed billing periods are non-refundable.

6.6 Market Research Services

Partial refunds may be considered depending on:

  • Research progress
  • Data acquisition costs
  • Analysis completed
  • Time invested

Completed reports and delivered research materials are non-refundable.

7. Idea to Business Service Refund Terms

7.1 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

RSG offers a one-time, full refund for the “Idea to Business” service if requested in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the initial purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted to:

No explanation is required during the 7-day guarantee period.

7.2 Managed Subscription Service

The “Idea to Business” service is a fully managed subscription-based service that may include:

  • Website hosting
  • CRM access
  • AI tools and automations
  • Marketing systems
  • Funnels and landing pages
  • Integrations
  • Analytics platforms
  • Managed infrastructure
  • Software-enabled business systems

Clients are purchasing access to a managed service environment and not ownership of RSG’s proprietary systems, hosting infrastructure, software configurations, licensed software, or managed platforms.

7.3 Effect of Cancellation, Non-Payment, or Refund

If a refund is issued, or if a subscription is canceled, terminated, unpaid, disputed, charged back, or otherwise discontinued:

  • Website hosting may be suspended or terminated
  • CRM access will be revoked
  • Automations and integrations may be disabled
  • Funnels, landing pages, and marketing systems may be deactivated
  • Access credentials may be revoked
  • Hosted websites, CRM systems, automations, funnels, landing pages, and related platform assets may be disabled, removed, or permanently deleted

Clients understand and agree that cancellation or non-payment results in loss of access to the managed platform and hosted systems.

RSG is not responsible for maintaining, exporting, storing, or transferring hosted systems, configurations, or data after cancellation or termination.

7.4 Post-Guarantee Period

After the 7-day guarantee period expires:

  • The service becomes non-refundable
  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-prorated unless otherwise required by law
  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, licensing fees, implementation costs, and configuration fees remain non-refundable

8. Setup, Administrative, Licensing & Third-Party Fees

Fees related to the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Account setup
  • Onboarding
  • Software licensing
  • API usage
  • Third-party subscriptions
  • CRM configuration
  • Hosting setup
  • Integrations
  • Automation builds
  • Administrative processing

These costs may be incurred immediately upon service activation.

9. Partial Refunds

Where applicable, RSG may issue partial refunds based on:

  • Work completed
  • Time invested
  • Resources allocated
  • Project milestones achieved
  • Third-party costs incurred

All determinations are made solely at RSG’s discretion.

10. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Completed services
  • Delivered work products
  • Strategy or consulting time
  • Client delays or lack of communication
  • Failure to provide required access, approvals, or materials
  • Missed meetings or approvals
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Failure to use the service or platform
  • Platform limitations outside RSG’s control
  • Violations of RSG policies or agreements
  • Account termination for cause
  • Subscription periods already billed
  • Third-party software, licensing, or usage fees

RSG reserves the right to deny refund requests involving abuse, fraud, policy violations, or repeated payment disputes.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact RSG before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of services
  • Revocation of platform access
  • Removal of hosted systems
  • Collection efforts for outstanding balances
  • Recovery of fees, costs, and expenses incurred by RSG

RSG reserves all legal rights regarding fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

12. Policy Changes

RSG reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of RSG services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
