Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled by Reisinger Strategies Group (“RSG,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing any RSG service, you agree to this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

RSG aims to provide high-quality services and fair resolution of concerns.

Refunds are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

All refund decisions are made at RSG’s sole discretion.

2. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using one of the following methods, at RSG’s discretion:

  • Return to the original payment method

  • Account credit toward future services

RSG does not issue refunds via cash, check, or third-party payment platforms.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, RSG will initiate the refund through its payment processor.

Actual processing time depends on the client’s financial institution and payment provider and is outside RSG’s control.

Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the provider.

4. Service-Specific Refund Guidelines

Refund eligibility varies by service.

4.1 AI SEO & LLM SEO

  • Refunds available before scope agreement execution

  • Non-refundable after agreement is signed

4.2 Content Creation

  • Refunds available before work begins

  • Non-refundable after production starts

4.3 Email Marketing

  • Refunds available before campaign execution
  • Partial refunds may apply during setup

4.4 AI Chatbots, Voice AI, & Brand Monitoring

  • Non-refundable after platform access or account setup

  • Setup and licensing fees may apply

4.5 Social Media Management

  • Partial refunds may apply based on completed work

4.6 Market Research

  • Partial refunds may apply based on research progress

5. Setup, Administrative, & Platform Fees

Fees related to:

  • Account setup

  • Software licensing

  • Integrations

  • Configuration

  • Third-party tools

may be non-refundable and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Partial Refunds

If services are partially completed, RSG may issue partial refunds based on:

  • Work performed

  • Time invested

  • Resources used

  • Project milestones

Final determination remains at RSG’s discretion.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Completed services

  • Client delays or inaction

  • Failure to provide access

  • Policy violations

  • Account termination for cause

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Platform-related limitations

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact RSG before filing chargebacks.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and recovery of fees.

9. Policy Updates

RSG may update this Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
