Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platforms, tools, software, and services provided by Reisinger Strategies Group (“RSG,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting payment, creating an account, or using any RSG services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. About Reisinger Strategies Group

Reisinger Strategies Group (“RSG”) operates as a sole proprietorship providing AI-powered digital marketing, automation, and business growth services, including but not limited to:

  • AI SEO & LLM SEO
  • Email Marketing
  • AI Chatbots
  • AI Voice Agents
  • AI Brand Monitoring
  • Content Creation
  • Market Research
  • Social Media Management
  • CRM & Automation Systems

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

RSG’s services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

By using RSG services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

RSG does not knowingly provide services to minors. Accounts associated with individuals under 18 may be terminated immediately without notice or refund.

3. Scope of Services

RSG provides customized services based on selected packages, proposals, agreements, or order forms.

Services are delivered using professional judgment and commercially reasonable efforts. Service timelines and deliverables may vary based on client responsiveness, platform limitations, and external factors.

No service guarantees specific financial, marketing, or operational outcomes.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Due to changing algorithms, market conditions, platform policies, and AI system behavior, RSG does not guarantee:

  • Search rankings

  • Traffic levels

  • Lead volume

  • Sales or revenue

  • Email inbox placement

  • Conversion rates

  • AI output accuracy

  • Platform uptime

RSG guarantees only that it will perform services in good faith using reasonable professional standards.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant required system access
  • Maintain website hosting and security
  • Review materials promptly
  • Follow all applicable laws and platform rules
  • Ensure content compliance

RSG is not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by client actions or omissions.

6. Payments & Billing

6.1 Fees

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed via authorized payment providers, including Stripe.

6.2 Subscriptions

Recurring services automatically renew monthly unless canceled in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the next billing date.

6.3 Non-Payment

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Immediate suspension
  • Restricted access
  • Data loss
  • Service termination

RSG may pursue lawful collection remedies if necessary.

7. Refund Policy (Summary)

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

General guidelines:

  • AI SEO: Refunds before scope agreement execution

  • Content Creation: Non-refundable once work begins

  • Email Marketing: Refunds before campaign launch

  • AI Chatbots / Voice / Brand Monitoring: Non-refundable after access

  • Social Media / Market Research: Partial refunds based on work completed

Refund decisions are at RSG’s sole discretion and governed by the separate Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients own final deliverables created specifically for them.

8.2 RSG Rights

RSG retains ownership of:

  • Templates
  • Frameworks
  • Automation logic
  • AI prompts
  • Workflows
  • Methodologies

RSG may reuse generalized, non-identifiable elements.

9. Confidentiality & Data Access

RSG may access system data, including communications, recordings, analytics, and operational logs, solely for service delivery, compliance, and optimization.

RSG does not sell client data.

10. Data Security & Sensitive Information

Clients may not submit:

  • Medical/health data (HIPAA)
  • Financial account numbers
  • Government IDs
  • Sensitive personal records

RSG is not HIPAA compliant.

Temporary credentials are used only for authorized purposes and should be changed after access.

11. AI & Automation Disclaimer

RSG utilizes artificial intelligence and automated technologies.

Clients acknowledge:

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate
  • AI behavior may change
  • Human review is required

RSG is not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

12. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

Users may not use RSG systems to create, generate, or distribute content that:

  • Is pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit

  • Involves minors

  • Is abusive, defamatory, or hateful

  • Promotes illegal activity

  • Violates intellectual property

  • Creates deceptive or manipulated media

RSG does not pre-screen AI outputs.

RSG reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, and terminate accounts without refund.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks constitute breach of contract.

RSG may suspend or terminate services and recover associated fees.

Clients are responsible for dispute-related costs.

14. Termination

14.1 By Client

Clients may terminate services with fourteen (14) days written notice.

14.2 By RSG

RSG may terminate immediately for:

  • Non-payment

  • Abuse

  • Misconduct

  • Legal risk

  • Reputational harm

  • Policy violations

Refunds, if any, are determined based on completed work.

15. Client Conduct

Clients agree not to engage in harassment, misrepresentation, platform abuse, or disruptive behavior.

Violations may result in immediate termination.

16. Testimonials & Marketing Use

Unless opted out in writing, clients grant RSG permission to use logos, testimonials, and case references for marketing.

17. Limitation of Liability

RSG’s maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

RSG is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

18. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSG from claims arising from:

  • Client content

  • Legal violations

  • Platform misuse

  • Data breaches caused by client actions

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Disputes shall be resolved in Pennsylvania courts or binding arbitration at RSG’s discretion.

20. Force Majeure

RSG is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including platform outages, network failures, natural disasters, and regulatory actions.

21. Modifications to Terms

RSG may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
